Visiting Badaling Gt Walls in July

I have problems with my knees but planning to visit both north walls and south walls by cable and pulleys - is it doable? And how far apart are the 2 ticket stations at the base of the Walls thanks anybody please.

Yes, you can take the cable car to visit the both sides of the Great Wall. The two ticket offices are not far apart from each other, you may purchase one way ticket up to the top at one station and one way ticket down at the other station.
