working visa to China in India

Hello there,
my name is dinesh, i am from Jammu and Kashmir, india, last year i applied for Z visa four times with proper documents but they refuse my application without giving any reason for three time and in fourth time i write them give me the Z visa or give me the reason , then they call for interview with me and said we are not giving working visa to anyone because indian govt. is not giving working visa to chinees peoples. then they give me F visa for 2 months.

Next month i am coming back to apply again for working visa, what is your openion, how i can get working visa.

Dear Dinesh,

Issuing visa or not is effected by the relationship (conditon) between two countries as well as the corresponding visa policy. This is complicated.Sometimes even you fulfill all the requirements, they do not issue visa.

You can have a try again. Make sure you have all the required documents at hand when applying.

If you do not get a work visa, do not worry! you can apply an F visa again. The next time you can try to apply a multi-entry F visa, which may be more convenient for you.

Hello Melissa,
I got your point, would you tell me for how long they will give me multipel entry F visa and do i need to come out of china during this period.

Regular processing takes about 4 working days. If you get multiple entry China F visa, you need to leave China every 30 days or more (this is based on the duration written on your visa).
