Physical Examination Record For Foreigners

I am a British Citizen resident in The Netherlands. I am going to go and werk in China for two years so I need a Z Visa. I am requested to fill in a Physical Examination For Foreigners Form to apply for my my visa even though I have to do this again when I am in China. This is a very extensive medical examination including chess Xrays, blood tests and ECG. Must I do all of it before I go and can my family Doctor arrange this for me?
