how we can get the visa before the congress??

Dear Sir,We are a group of 5 Prof.Drs and we  are invited to attend the 2nd Eastern Dermatology Asia Congress (EADC) from 13 to 15 June 2012 in Beijing.last week we have tried to submitt for china visa but the embassy twas need more documents regarding regestirations and air ticket and so on.last sunday we went to the embassy agin with the needed documents but unfortunatly we found it closed and they told us it may last closed for many times.So please we need your advice as we just have around 10 days before our travelling date and this congress is with a great value for us. how we can get our visas?Thanks and regards.Head of the Libyan society of dermatology

Hi, Jama,The Office Hours of consular office: 10:00-12:00, Monday, Wednesday, Sunday (except holidays);I suggest you have all the required documents at hand when go to the embassy. You can check according to this list:1.Your valid & actual passport which must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity with at least one blank visa page in it. 2. One completed Visa Application Form with one passport photo (black & white or color is acceptable).3. An invitation letter from the host company or unit in China, or a letter from your company.4. Round tickets and hotel reservation;5. Proof of economic status.Do not worry! The regular processing time is 5 working days. If you want visa faster, you can apply for express service, additional fees of 40LD (Libyan) for 1 working day processing, or 30LD (Libyan)/20$(Citizens of other countries) for 3 working days processing will be charged.Good luck!
