Hi, Olive, to apply Multi-entry F need to fulfill at least one of the following requirements:
1. He had obtained F at least twice within a year,(he needs to provide the original and copy of the former ones)
2. He has investments there, (Proof of investment should be offered).
3. He owns a business there,(Business license is needed).

Thank you, Melissa!

However, my friend fulfills all the three requirements and he was still refused by the Embassy in Czech Republic for a multiple entry. He has invested in his own name and got a business license, though the company scale is small now. It is inconvenient for him to apply each time he comes to visit.

Is there any regulation about how much the investment must be? What should he do to solve this problem? Can he apply a mutiple entry for his company, so that his employees can come to visit as well?

Thank you in advance.

Sometimes the officials may refuse applications without clear reasons even all the requirements have been fulfilled. I have heard no solutions about this situation, so I think the best way may be go on aplying.

Your friend can not apply multi-entry visa for his employee. The employees need to apply individually, and may be issued only when one of the three requirement is fulfilled.
