COUNCILLAR OFFICERSIR/MADEM,I am a srilankan doctor working in the ministry of health,here and as i have been invited to attend my daughter's graduation ceremony(convocation), by the authorities of her medical university, tianjin medical university,to be held on 05.07.12;1.please be kind enough to let me know, downloaded form v2011a will be okay for application.2.time (during week days) to submit the application-working hours),and documents to be attached.3.how many days for processing the application and days and time to submit the application and collection.

1. V2011A and V2011B are both needed. The download ones are ok.2. Office Hours: 08:30-16:00, Monday-Friday (except holidays)3. Documents needed: passport, completed application forms, a recent passport-size (2x2) photo (color with white or blue background),hotel booking, return ticket and itinerary;If it's the first time visit, you must provide 3-month bank-statement.4.It will be collected on the fifth working day after submission for normal processing. If you want it on the following working day, other than the normal visa fee R60, an extra R160 rush fee  will be charged, and an extra R110 charged for collection on the third working day.
