About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Criminal record check

Hi, I am applying for a job in china and I must prove that I have no crimnal record,I have obtained a criminal record check from the Garda (police) in Ireland,I have been adviced that this is the document I need by the Garda but it states on it 'THIS DOCUMENT SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS PROOF OF NO CONVICTIONS A POLICE CERTIFICATE,A GARDA REFERENCE OR GARDA VETTING' I can not see this been proof can you help thank you

You need a Police Certificate, it should states that "This Certificate is issued solely for the information of the Chinese Consular Authorities, ..was not convicted of any crime while residing in Ireland". I am not sure if they are the same.
