Does a Single Certificate and Divorce Certificate need to be Notarised or Authenticated?

Hello, I am applying for a Single Certificate and Divorce Certificate Authentication from the Chinese Embassy in Sydney. I think I may need a translation. Do I do this before going to Chinese Embassy or afterwards.
Can you help with translation ? What is the Cost. Does it need to be Notarised or Authenticated aswell from Embassy ?

You have to prepare the translated ones well ahead of your application at the China Emabssy. China Embassy/consulate in your living place may have appointed persons or agencies for the translation, so you have to contact them directly to get the answer and more what your want about the issue.
