Bangladeshi citizen have to apply for a Hk visa for any purpose in Hk including a short transit within the airport transit area. You should directly post your visa application to the Immigration Department of the HKSAR whose address is Floor 6, Immigration Tower, No.7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
