You should apply for a China tourist visa for this. To apply for the visa, you need these documents:
1. Your Filipino passport with enough blank pages and over 6 months validity left
2. truly filled China visa application form affixed with a 2x2 colored photo, with white background, full-face front view, and no hat
3. Invitation letter from your husbadn in Shanghai with copies of his Chinese ID card or his passport and Chinese residence permit
4. Your or your husband's bank certificate with adequate money for your duration in China
5. photocopy of the emergency contact information page in your passport
6. China visa application form V2011B should also be filled and submitted if your baby shares the same passport with you
Based on different international and national environment, the embassy of China may require other documents, too.
