About:China Visa Application in USA

I live in Minnesota and the closest embassy I believe is in Chicago

I live in Minnesota and the closest embassy I believe is in Chicago. I don't know anyone in Chicago. Anyway I can mail in tourist visas?

Chinese consulate in Chicago only provide mail back passport service. You need to submit your application either in person, or by an agency.
