double entry visa + same day visa pick up

I am French resident in Switzerland (Geneva). I'm going to go to China end of July for 2 weeks with a trip to South Korea in the middle.

I assume I need to request a double entry visa. Is there anything more to provide to request this visa (flights tickets for both entry?) - or is this just the box to check + the higher fee?

I am traveling every week for business so I'm wondering if I can get my visa the same day. Can I arrive at 9 am and leave the embassy with the visa in my passport? If yes, what is the process? If not, what is the fastest way to get it?
