Visa issue for Singaporean

Do I need a visa to visit my friend in china nanning..my plan is to go in one way ticket to Hainan Haikou first then visit nanning.

If I don't exceed 15 days ,do I still need a entry visa?

You do not need visa to Nanning as the itinerary you listed above.
