Where to apply for China visa in Thailand ?

I am a US citizen married to a Thai citizen. We live in Thailand.
How and where can we apply for a tourist visa in Thailand?

Different embassy or consulate general has its own consular jurisdiction over different districts, so could you please tell me detailed imformation about your residing place so that I can tell you which embassy/consulate at which you can apply visa?

We are living in UdonThan Thailand. I am living in Thailand on a retirement visa.
If we travel to China we will fly from Bangkok to our destination in China.

You can submit your applications Chinese embassy in Bangkok with following documents:
1. The original passport with a validity more than six months and enough blank visa pages;
2. One copy of completed visa application form in Chinese or English (two copies for US citizens), attached with one of your recent colorful front pictures;
3. For Travel: your retirement visa, round-trip (vehicle, ship) ticket or travel check or bank saving statement are required.
