visa for tibet/nepal/lhasa

Hi,Any visa/travel permit required for Singaporean to travel between Tibet/Nepal/Lhasa?Do i have to go travel through a local tour or i could it DIY?Thanks

Lhasa is capital city of Tibet. You must join a tour of a travel agency and travel in a group of 5 or more members from Singapore. The travel agency will handle the Tibet Travel Permit for your group.
