Renewal Chinese Passport

How long can I get my Chinese passport back after my application in Vancouver? How much will it cost? What certification do I need to renewal my Chinese Passport? And what forms do I need to fill in?

It takes about one month. Fee is CAD 70. Requirements needed are as follows:
1. Your current passport and copy of its information page.
2. The original and copy of your Canadian residence permit or study/work visa to an A4 paper.
3. Application form for Chinese passport http://www.fmprc.gov.cn/chn/pds/fw/lsfw/hz/P020110113420297951856.pdf
4. 3 recent passport-sized photos
