china visa for UK citizen in US

I am a UK citizen, and a permanent resident in the United States. I want to get a tourist visa to go to China, and I believe the consulate fee is less for me, then it would be for a US citizen.

So if I apply for the Visa using your Visa service would I pay less than a US citizen?
