About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

Do i need to appear in person at the embassy in Johannesburg to apply for a z visa for China?

i am a South African citizen, with a South African passport, when applying for a visa, is it necessary for me to apply in person, or could i use a visa service/family member to take my documents?

Hi, regularly you can entrust someone to take all the required documents to apply on your behalf, so you do not need to apply in person. To remind you, sometimes the consulate officials require a interview, at this time you have to come in person.
