Could I get a multiple 12 Month tourist visa to China in La Paz?

Hi. I am a USA citizen living in Bolivia. Could I get a multiple 12 Month tourist visa to China in La Paz?

You can submit your application to the embassy and fill into the form your requirement for multiple entry. But no one can ensure you with it. Visa officers are empowered to make the final decision.
