About:Chinese Embassies in Asia

Applying F-visa to China

Notice the application requires:

"Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation"

Can my Branch office in Shenzhen,China issue the letter? How can I find out which company can write me the "Confirmation Letter of Invitation"

Your branch office is ok if it is authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry. If still not sure, you may contact your office and let them consult Shenzhen foreign affairs office.
