Dear sir , what are the requirements of obtaining a visa for a patient to have a treatment in china which we have been in contact to the hospital , hope i get the answer soon , thanks

Hi, Masih Tamim,you need to apply a F Visa. You two both need the following documents:1.your passports with a validity of at least 6 months and two blank pages2.V2011A3.Two Recent photos4.Invitation letter from the hospotal5.Other documents may be required by the consular officials, like the banking statement, round trip tickets, and so forth.Good luck with you visa application, and hope your father recover soon!
