About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Past Visits to China

I have been to China 3 times as a tourist. I have no record, memory, of where I stayed. How do I fill out the application? I do have past passports.

Now I am going to China and have no definite addresses yet as to where I will stay; just cities. How do I fill out the application?

If you still keep the passport for your former visits to China, there should be stamps by the China customs which ma give you some indication about your destinations in China.

You haven't booked a hottel in China? Then you will just walk in a hotel when you arrive at a City, right? I advise you enquire the local China embassy or consulate directly before fill in the form. Or you may consult a local visa or travel agency.
