Fastest and comfortable rail from Changsa to Guangzou

Please advise me which type I can get to go to Guangzou on 23.10.2010 ? How much is the ticket for one way? Can you recommend me a budget hotel in Guangzou . Thank you

You can take a G train Changsha South Station to Guangzhou, which will cost you around 2.5-3 hrs and CNY315 for second class seat. Home Inn (Shengdi Square), GuangzhoU. It is a good budget hotel, I think for its good location, service and price.
