About:Chinese Embassy in Libya

student visa for libyan

Dear Sir/MAdam

Hello, am a libyan student want to go to china for study, i have an offer letter from university in Bjn and jw 202, medical report , but i heard from a friend that you reject to give libyan students visa, is that true, if yes what should i do to have the visa and go to my study, and what you require or ask from student s to give the visa. please answer me . thank you

Don' t worry, if you have JW202 and enrollment letter from the Chinese school, you can just submit your application to Chinese embassy. Other documents needed is a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen, application form with photo and your passport.

Thank you for your answer, i have gone to the Chinese embassy in Tripoli after your reply, with my JW202 and enrollment letter from a Chinese university, Physical Examination report for Foreign Citizen, application form , photo and passport. but they told me that the counseler refuse to to give visas to any libyan student, what should i do, you know that i have paid fees for processing my application, and all my documents are ok , please tell me what should i do, why they reject to give students visa>

I am sorry to hear that, have you contacted your university in China about this? if they will not issue you visa, how can they issue you Form JW202!!

Hello, yes i have contacted the university i BJN , and they told me that they have no problems what so ever with me or other libyan student and that my jw202 & admission notice are ok ,and they should give me a visa , the thing that i don,t know that even embassy in tripoli don,t tell you why and there is no one to inquire from, it is really bad, please tell me should i contact the libyan forigen ministry or chinese ministry ,what to do. Any help you offer my will be greatly appriciated > thank you

You may try to apply again at Chiense embassy in tripoli, or through an visa agency if possible. No other way available if Chinese embassy refuse to process your visa.
