Thanks for your reply. We don't have Embassy here and we are going to apply for Spain visa in Beijing. I heard from people that mongolians should be examined by hospital N2 in Ulaanbaatar and send this hospital examination paper with other materials for the visa to Beijin to your embassy. Is it right? Please give me advice. Thank you for your help.
