Lo Wu visa on arrival

hi, i'm planning to visit shenzhen from HK. is it possible to get visa on arrival on saturday? what time is their service hour?

1. The office hour is from 09:00 to 22:30, from Monday to Sunday;
2. To remind you, if this is your first time to Mainland China, it would be hard to get a VISA on arrival.
