You may just apply for the visa from the China consulate in Jeddah if you live in Madinah, Makkah, Taif or Jeddah. You should apply for the visa from the Chinese Competitive Spirit Co. for Visa Service
at Olaya District, 62nd Street, Sada 1 Business Center, Riyadh or Alsandross International Est.
at Bin Salem Trading Center, Takhsossi Street, Riyadh (next to the Emirates Airlines Office) if you live in the rest place of Saudi Arabia.

The required documents are as follows:
1. Your pakistani pasport that should be with over 6 months validity and more than 2 blank pages left
2. completely filled china visa application form V2011A & V2011B affixed with passport standard photos
3. your valid saudi iqama
4. two-way air tickets and hotel reservation in China
