If I apply for the express Visa (Business) in person in mumbai

will i get my visa the next day ? apart from the formal invitation from the company, do i also need the hotel confirmation letter and air tickets or the company can book them after getting the visa?

you are able to get the visa on the third day even if you use the express visa service. Copy of confirmed return air ticket and hotel reservation bill seem to be necessary for the China visa application, so you have to prepare them in advance.
