Chinese Tourist Visa requirements for Indians working in Japan?

You need to provide following documents for tourist visa:
1. application form with photo;
2. passport with more than 6 months validity and copy of personal information page.
3. return tickets and hotel reservation, and travel itinerary if any;
4. your entry record to Japan;
