Is 7 days enough time to apply and receive back 'Multi Entry 12 Months Validity Visa'?

I love Chinese Food and its culture! This visit will be my first time in five years. I am so excited!

My worry is, only 7 days before my flight ticket, my passport will be available (currently being re-newed)

Is 7 days enough time to apply and receive back 'Multi Entry 12 Months Validity Visa'?

General processing of China visa takes 3-5 working days. So, better submit you application asap. Embassy and consulate usually close on weekends.
