Sir/madam:

I would like to inquire regarding visa application, I cannot provide the docs being required because the name appeared on my passport is different to the one I've used.
I'd like to share an information pertaining to my problem on name; My name recorded on the certificate of birth (NSO - National Statics Office) is FLOR & when I secure a passport this birth certificate is the primary requirements to have such passport which I did and grant the passport. However, the name I used is FLORENCIO since i've started schooling, my problem now is that I have invitation to China (asap), how I would secure a visa if some of the requirements are named under FLORENCIO, pls help! hoping for your kind consideration. Thanks...

If your name on those documents are different, you need to get a NAME CHANGE CERTIFICATE first.

the invitation should only be under the name that is in the passport it none issue at all unless they need other documents , but for visa i think there is no issue here
