what is the requirements of infants to apply visa in chinese embassy?

If applying for a China visit visa, following documents are required.
1. Proof of relationship - original NSO birth certificate.
2. An original Visa Notification issued by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. Copy of relative's valid residence visa, working visa, working card and passport information page.
Other basic documents are passport, photo, application form.0
