Hi, you can take the airport shuttle bus 5 to the train station, which will cost you around CNY18 and 1hour and 40 minutes. Or if you prefer to take the subway, take line 2 at the airport and transfer to line 1 at the People's square and then get off at the Shanghai railway station.1
