hi am travelling from Beijing to Zaozhuang, have a few questions

Hi just joined this forum, have read it many times in past. i am visiting Zhaoyuan City but can only find Zaozhuang City on this site...is this the same place? i need to go to north of Huwang village which is in Xinhuang Town. i am not familiar with this area and would appreciate any information on the best way to get there from Beijing and also some accommodation information and suggestions. i have travelled to other areas in China before. any help would be great!!
