I consider visiting Panyu, Guangzhou for 10 days to Marry a Chinese citizen. What Visa is required?

I plan to enter at Hong Kong. My Chinese fiance will escort me through the border. I am a Canadian citizen. I will return to Canada alone.

A single entry China tourist visa is enough for this purpose.
