About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

work permit for China work visa application

Hello, I am a Nepalese student studying in China. I was offered a job in China and have to leave the mainland to change my visa from a student visa to a working visa. What kind of documents will I need to provide at the embassy and how long would it take to process my visa?

1. You need the following documents:
A. The original Invitation Letter issued by the authorized government departments in China.
B. Alien Employment License of the People's Republic of China issued by the labor authorities and one photocopy.
To remind you, you should ask your employee to get the above two documents for you.
C. Physical Examination Form (Health Certificate) and one photocopy.
D.The original passport with at least six-month validity and two blank visa pages, one photocopy of the passport page containing the personal particulars.
B. Truly completed and signed Visa Application Form. One recent passport-photo size color photograph of the applicant.

2. Prepare all the required documents may need at least one month. Provided that you have submited all the required documents, regularly you can get the visa on the fifth working day.
