renewal of visa out of china.

Question

one agent suggested that i send my passport to Canada for the renewal of my china visa. no need for me to exit china. she said its fast and easy.. my visa expired last march 28. i sent it march 16. they said they receive 3 days after. now, i am a filipina working here in china waiting for my passport and expecting that everything was ok.. and today, i received my passport without visa.. they didnt inform me early.. i have overstayed here for a month and 7days.. they said it was denied because of the dispute of Philippine and China.. Help needed here..

You need to go to the local PSB asap, pay the fine for your overstaying in China. They will issue you an exit visa. This time you have to apply for a new visa outside of China.
