Difference of train ticket.

Hi , i am planning to travel by train from Beijing south station to Tianjin. What are the categories of ticket & how much. I saw 1st, 2nd class ,VIP seats & soft sleeper. What are the differences? Which is more comfortable to travel with children & safe for luggage? How long in advance must buy the ticket? Thanks!

There are C trains, G trains and D trains operating from Beijing South station to Tianjin. They will all take you around 30 minutes to 1 hour. For detailed price you can check on the page. The differences between different seats are as followings: The main difference is the comfort degree and space size. The best is business class, then first class and second class. What’ more, there are free beverages offered in the business class.
