They can apply for a China dependent visa accompanying your Z visa in China.
1. Truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-size or 2x2 colored photo,
2. Proof of relationship - birth certificate for kids and marriage certificate.
3. An original Visa Notification issued by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (like you did for your Z visa).
4. Copy of your valid residence visa, working visa, working card and passport information page.
5. Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen.
6. Their passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
