About:China Visa on Arrival

Is it the same high fee at LoWu for a UK passport holder, but is also a HK Permanent ID Card holder?

You can apply for Shenzhen visa on arrival at Lo wu port. Visa fee is RMB469 (not sure becuase this is I know for UK passport holders last year.)
