From the hotel to the peak, you can walk to Yau Ma Tei Station to take MTR Tsuen Wan Line to Admiralty and transfer to bus 15 to the peak. It costs around HKD22. From the peak, you can take bus 1 to Central and then take bus 70 to Aberdeen. It costs around HKD14. After visiting Aberdeen, you can take bus 98 from Aberdeen (Chengtu Road) and get off at Hong Kong True Light College, Lei Tung Estate Road, you will see the Jumbo Kingdom Restaurant. It costs about HKD3. Then you could walk to Yue On Court, Lei Tung Estate Road to take bus 97A to Yan's Tower, Wong Chuk Hang Road and transfer to bus 73 to Stanley Village, Stanley Village Road. It costs about HKD5. After visiting the Stanley Market, you can take bus 6 back to Central and then take MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui and walk to the Avenue of Star to see the Symphony of Lights in the evening. It costs around HKD17. Well, I am afraid you have a tight route. As for the Golden Bauhinia Square. if you have time, before going to the Avenue of Star, you can take MTR from Central to Wan Chai and then walk there to visit it.
