About:China Tourist Visa

We are applying for a visa to China, we live in Singapore do we fill out from V2011A or V2011B?

We are American citizens living in Singapore and want to apply for a travel visa for 1 week

Yes, you need to fill out both forms V2011A and V2011B for appling China visa in a third country.
