Is there anyone in the China embassy in Philippines to certify the NBI clearance?

I got my NBI clearance last Aug. 5 2011 and used it already in getting business visa. Can I use this again to get a work visa? What do I need to do?

Your old NBI clearance is not valid and will not be accepted to apply for a China visa again. So, you'd better apply for a new NBI clearance now. The procedure is alike to the former one.
