what are the lists of accredited hospitals for physical examinations in manila?

1. goto China Embassy first in front of MAPUA Makati
2. get the visa application, supplemental visa application and physical examination form from the 2nd floor entrance... be there before 9am. They will also give you their recommended clinic/ hospital (God's way, Ermita)
3. You need to pass the physical examination form from embassy to the testing center for them to fill-up
4. Must bring recent colored picture white background (preferably 2x2) same as Chinese visa apply requirement.
