Transit Hong Kong - Beijing - UAE

Hi,

I would like to know if is enough to have one entry visa for China for the following case:
1. flight UAE - Beijing (i'm using the one entry visa)
2. flight Beijing - Hong Kong (no need of visa)
3. flight Hong Kong - Beijing and Beijing - UAE in 3 hours to UAE (i will not leave the airport)
