How to go to Hukou waterfall and nearest hotels there

I would like to go to Yan'an middle of May :

1. Is there only one bus from Yan'an to Hukou waterfall everyday at 7.30 only one ?
2. Then arriving at Hukou waterfall will be 12.00, and it back to Yan'an at 13.30. it only has 1 hour more for
staying at Hukou waterfall.
If I do not go back to Yan.an on same day. Are there hotels near Hukou waterfall, how long ?
and guests can to stay no mater from anywhere ( Hong Kong ) ?

And is there any bus from Hukou waterfall to Hotels ? How long is it ?
3. Hukou waterfall opening time : ?
4. Is food provided at Hukou waterfall ? Can we buy food there ?
