china tourist visa for permanent US resident with a Canadian passport

I am a legal permanent US resident with a Canadian passport..what do I need to get my china tourist visa?

You need the following documents:
(1)Your Canadian passport with a validity of at least another 6 months;
(2)V2011A visa application form、V2011B visa application form;
(3)Two photos (The photos should berecent, front view, in 48mm x33mm size without head covering);
(4)Proof of U.S. Residency Status(a valid U.S. visa or ID, water or electricity bills or tenancy agreement)
