application for reissue of my passport

i'm from india and now days i'm working in hangzhou i try to application for reissue of my passport online but every time i fill the form online it's not working, there is something wrong with the page the page showing me the date and file number and when i click ok it's not working, please help me what i can do

You are in Hangzhou, so you are not far away from Shanghai. I advise you go to the Consulate General of the Republic of India in Shanghai to apply for the reissue of your passport in person if you can't do it online.
