reissue of resident permit

Question

I have resident permit in my passport but it is damaged now I am going to get a new passport, what is the procedure to transfer the resident permit from the old passport to new passport.

You can transfer the residence permit from the old passport to the new one. You should first cancel the residence permit in your old passport. And then take both passports, and the documents you previously prepared to apply for the residence permit to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to transfer it.
