i want to know what are the restrictions on luggage?

I am from Slovenia and I can't seem to find an answer to this... I want to know what are the restrictions on luggage? Oh, and how much money am I allowed to bring with me?

You may get the exact luggage limitation from your air company.  At most 5,000 US dollars (or equivalent in any foreign currency) or 20,000 CNY is permitted to be taken in to China without any declaration. If you plan to take more, related documents will be needed and you need to declare to the customs.
